helpful staff comfortable beds local shops

The staff were amazing! They were very helpful plus knowledgeable about local shops and restaurants. The room size matched the price. I also liked the comfy beds. They gave me a warm night's sleep

The entrance had a slight smell of smoke, but it was manageable.

The staff proved helpful and knew the local area very well. They had information on shops, restaurants, and cafes. New beds were really comfy and clean.. I would stay again. The new staff are lovely.

The shower on the top level was a bit cold.

friendly staff clean bedroom warm bed

the staff was friendly to me. the bedroom was clean. the beds gave me a warm nights sleep.
