Excellent stay near the pier
soft pillowsquick check-indamp smell
i found the room very super clean and cozy. the bed had soft pillows. i liked that the staff were helpful with directions. the check-in process was quick.
i noticed a slight smell in the hallway on the second floor it was a damp smell

I found the location great. The room was nice and clean. It was large enough. The room included everything I needed for my days there. I think the staff were pleasant and lovely.

The location is quite convenient to the main attractions. My room included a shower, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities. Free WiFi was available and worked without any issues.
I noticed a constant buzzing sound when entering the building and walking up the stairs. It persisted throughout my stay. I think management should consider a fix for this.

The room wasn't cleaned very well. I noticed dust and some rubbish. The bar area looked more like a storage space. It wasn't inviting.

The staff were very helpful. They assisted with internet access and early check-in! I found the room to be clean. It was super clean. I safety was good . This added to the positive experience.
There were no cups available for the kettle in the room, though tea, coffee, and milk were provided.
