top floor roomsmall shower

the room required some repairs. i also disliked that the family room was on the top floor. there was no lift. carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult. i also did not like the small shower.

the staff was friendly. the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the shower was particularly excellent, with a refreshing experience after a day of exploring.

the entrance and reception areas seemed a bit unkempt. i noticed some untidiness that could use attention. it didn't quite match the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.
