a decent experience

nice tv tea facilities brand-new towel filthy bathroom dangerous step short curtain

The family room had a nice tv. It helped keep the kids entertained. i found the kettle handy. I could make tea whenever i wanted. the brand-new towels were a definite plus.

The bathroom needed better cleaning! it was quite filthy. That's not what i expected. my knee hit a step near the bathroom! that hurt and wasn't safe. the curtains were too short too. That's an issue!

helpful staff whole bag

The staff was helpful and very kind to us. They supplied a WHOLE bag full of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. This was unlike other hotels where you only get a few.

The bathroom was not perfectly clean.

perfect location helpful staff kind staff

The location allowed easy access to attractions. The staff helped retrieve a forgotten phone. I also found the staff very helpful and kind.

After arriving, I found it a little difficult to get immediate attention upon ringing the doorbell, a minor inconvenience.

mixed feelings about my stay

unclean bed sheets street noise

the room was not properly cleaned. i found hairs on the bed sheets and the bathroom floor. there was a strange smell, like stale smoke. also, the noise from the street kept me awake. there was loud music and people shouting until late at night.

filthy carpet awful reception

the staff gave us plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. it was more than other hotels provide.

the room needed serious attention. the carpet had not been hoovered, and it was quite filthy. the tv reception was awful. more than half the channels didn't work.

Fantastic Stay, Was so great!

ample tea quiet place convenient location generous staff

The staff was generous they provided ample tea coffee sugar and milk! It was way more than the typical meager offerings at other hotels. The place was also nice and quiet I found it to be more peaceful than many other hotels. The location proved very convenient being close to local amenities.

The sink drain was a little slow it was a minor inconvenience.

Our family room featured three comfortable beds offering plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring the area. Super clean towels were provided plus essential tea and coffee supplies which helped ensure a convenient stay. A television and a kettle were available.
