great family stay!

friendly staff superior suite

the staff was super friendly and helpful! they even offered us shelter when we arrived early, while we visited attractions. our superior suite was spacious for seven people, including a kitchen area and fridge!!!

the hotel rooms were hot. also, some of the games in the arcade room were labelled as out of order. that was disappointing for the kids.

super stay!

lovely staff clean room great location

the staff were lovely. a special thanks to the young lad that carried my heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs and still smiled at me! rooms were super clean and more spacious than i expected. the location was near the main attraction, sandcastle waterpark and the beach. i was so happy.

breakfast had limited options.

the location near the pier makes everything easier. the bar was well stocked, a nice thing after a long day. our family room was spacious enough, a true luxury.

friendly staff superior suite kitchen area worn hotel faulty light broken lock

The staff was friendly! They asked if I wanted to shelter from the rain when I dropped off my luggage before check-in. My superior suite was spacious. It included a kitchen area and fridge! The staff also asked if I needed extra tea and coffee. They kindly provided a microwave when I asked, it was awesome.

The photos online did not match the current condition. The hotel looked very worn. Our room wasn't as described. One of the lights was flickering. The bathroom door didn't close properly, it had a broken lock.

Adequate stay with minor issues

good service easy location uncomfortable bed high temperature

The staff in the lobby provided good service. I also appreciated that it was easy to find. The location and the staff in the lobby. It really helped us to relax after the long drive.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. I also noted the whole hotel was very hot including our room. The hotel was very hot and the bed wasn't very comfortable. I didn't sleep well.
