wonderful stay
great location warm greeting modern bar
the hotel had a great location. it was only a short walk to the town centre. the owners greeted us warmly. they asked about our plans and showed genuine interest. the room featured new decor and cleanliness. tea and coffee facilities were available alongside a smart tv. the bathroom was super clean. the modern bar offered reasonably priced drinks. it had games to keep children occupied.
i found the communication and service during breakfast a bit lacking. plates were placed down. tea and coffee arrived after the food. asking for orange juice seemed to cause a sigh. dispensers could help guests serve themselves.

short walk newly decorated included breakfast older gentleman rude behaviour unwelcome feeling
the location WAS great. it was just a short walk to the seafront and winter gardens. the room was newly decorated and very comfortable. the included breakfast was spot on.
the older gentleman seemed like HE didn't want us there. he was a bit rude. it ruined our experience there.
