lovely stay near the sea!
wonderful staff perfect location onsite parking comfy beds
I found the staff wonderful. They were always smiling. the hotel's location is perfect. It is really close to the beach. parking on site was clear and easy to use. the bedding and towels were clean. the beds were so comfy!
The hotel is a little outdated. It has a slightly run down feel.

the hotel benefits from a superb location right on the seafront and i was really close to pleasure beach. this positioning provides convenient access to many local attractions. many amenities were easily accessible from this spot.

staff members were friendly, smiling and accommodating. the night staff, in particular, stood out because they offered really good assistance. i found them very pleasant and.

worn carpets carpet staining
The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was GREAT as well, near the main attractions.
I found the CARPETS throughout the hotel to be quite worn. There was obvious staining in several areas and some threadbare spots. A refurbishment is NEEDED. It affected the overall impression of cleanliness and upkeep.

convenient location amazing view easy parking
The location was really convenient, right by all the amenities (it made getting around very easy). I had an amazing sea view from my room. Car parking was easy just straight outside the building.
