a tender haven of warmth

warm smile perfect location amazing prize excellent breakfast

we arrived after a long journey, the receptionist greeted us with a smile. the hotel has a perfect location near the tram, it made visiting the attractions simple. i found the entertainment fun, especially the bingo with amazing money prizes. i especially loved the excellent breakfast, it always started my day right.

the elevator could be a bit slow sometimes and only fits two persons.

the hotel offers an amazing spot near the south shore area. a tram stop sits two minutes away, running weekends until late. pleasure beach is a short walk, avoiding traffic and parking stress.

the staff is friendly, cute, and always around. i am so thankful with lauren and her team, they always went out of their way. it created a lovely personal touch for us.

the entertainment includes bingo with good prizes and musical acts. the bar offers drinks and a pool table at £1 per game. all communal areas are kept very clean and tidy.
