friendly staff games room
i loved the bar. staff were very friendly. breakfast was very nice and it had a games room and a kids room. the bar shut early on saturday though. prices at the bar were really good. it is great for families.
the radiator in the room wasn't working properly. also the power cord in the bathroom looked snapped.

A FABULOUS stay!
ground floor room plenty of space super clean place
I was given a ground floor room. There was plenty of space. Many activities were available for the children to do near the swimming area and pleasure beach, which we attended. EVERYTHING was super clean.
The surrounding area isn't GREAT.

The room included soft, comfy beds. This ensured a restful night. I noted how well-kept and clean everything was. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff took pride in their work.

Breakfast offered a variety of options. The dining area had a relaxed atmosphere. I saw the staff constantly replenishing the buffet, so everything was fresh.

The hotel has easy access to local attractions, including the promenade. Public transport stops were also conveniently located. This made getting around SUPER easy.

A Nice Stay!
modern facilities lovely bar fantastic room
I found such clean and modern facilities there. Everything felt new. I enjoyed the lovely bar area, especially the availability of a dedicated play area for kids. This was a plus. My room was fantastic. It met all my needs .
The surrounding area was a little rough, however, the street where the hotel stands seemed perfectly fine.

The hotel included an on-site parking area behind the building. It provided convenient access. Kids were entertained with a small arcade that featured games. It was suitable for family fun. A pool table was available for additional entertainment.

I found the breakfast delicious. Many guests told us the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. This was a bonus! The bar looked quite affordable. It was lovely to relax there each night.

totally fantastic stay!
spacious room cute bedding
the family room was super spacious! it had a double bed and bunk beds. the bedding was cute, white and pink. plenty of towels were available, such a nice touch!

friendly staff games room hot radiator sleeping difficulty
the staff were friendly and accommodating. the bar area and games room provided good fun (i especially loved the air hockey table).
the radiator was on in our room. i tried to turn it off, but nothing worked. the heat in the room was extreme. it made sleeping difficult (it seemed like summer in there!).
