fantastic stay near the beach!

amazing location short walk excellent value basic amenities

the location is amazing , just a short walk to the water park , pier , and pleasure beach. the value was excellent , and it exceeded my expectations for the price i paid. the facilities were more than i expected , considering the cost. it's clean and had all the basics.

The location was convenient.

The room was not heated properly, because there were no radiators switched on. I found stains on the curtains and bedding. I also noticed numerous holes in the room, and the electrics did not seem up to standard.

helpful staff fresh towels convenient location stained walls missing remote stuffy room

the staff offered assistance with luggage, i did appreciate that. the room had fresh towels provided, it was a good touch. the location was near the pleasure beach, that was convenient.

the walls had some stains, it was not great. the tv remote was missing, i wanted to watch tv. the windows didn't open fully, and it felt stuffy.
