i found the staff very helpful. the shared bathrooms were clean and sufficient. the restaurant downstairs had good food.. it was easy to get transportation and many dining options were close. the park across the street added to the location.
the decor in the room could use some updating.

the bus stop was conveniently one minute away and tower bridge was about a fifteen-minute walk. i found a supermarket nearby and a park just across the street.. this made it easy to get groceries and enjoy some green space.

The location proved quite convenient! It was near a bus stop. The staff was very kind and helped with directions. I found the pub downstairs a nice bonus. It was convenient for a late drink. The rooms were clean too.

the staff was great and seemed to really care. i guess that's good.
The noise at night was a problem, since the walls seemed paper-thin and the street outside was quite lively. I REALLY struggled to sleep well. also, the lack of en-suite facilities was not ideal.
