excellent hospitality spacious room perfect location missing hairdryer no mirror cold room

the staff demonstrated excellent hospitality , especially sonia , she was particularly helpful and cooperative. the room size exceeded my expectations , it felt quite spacious. i also found the location perfect , especially for my needs in the area.

the room lacked a hairdryer , despite it being advertised as available. i found no mirror in the room , , made dressing and hair styling inconvenient. the heater was not activated upon my arrival , so the room was cold initially.
