the staff seemed happy and very helpful. i loved the aroma of eau de cologne throughout reception and the corridors. access to the spa was amazing. i only booked an overnight stay for rejuvenation after a long flight from australia before heading into rome.

The room was not clean and especially the bathroom. i reminded me of it was a three-star hotel at most. I slept with my clothes on.
