Location worked well with easy access to the u-bahn. the staff at reception were helpful and efficient. Check-in was quick. i found the provided shower products to be of very good quality. the bed was also comfortable.

i noticed the air conditioning did not seem to function optimally. regulating the temperature was difficult. the room became uncomfortably warm at night. this affected my sleep quality.

the hotel is ideally situated for public transport. the u-bahn station is right outside, providing fast access to various points. i walked to the rathaus, which took about 20 minutes at a steady pace. i felt safe in the area.

The location is good for exploring the city. It is right next to the main train station. Walking to the historic center is easy. Breakfast had a good selection. Design is excellent. The service team is very friendly and helpful.

The room was small. There was no space to move around. The hotel has no wardrobe. I also found no minibar in the room.

Breakfast provided a solid start to my day with a variety of choices. The dining area remained tidy and well kept during peak hours. I noticed fresh pastries and fruits available each morning for the guests.

Staff was attentive at all times. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in and check-out processes. They also gave clear and correct directions to nearby attractions. The team answered my questions.
