the staff offered very friendly service and kindness when i needed help. the location is quite convenient. transport to the city center is easily accessible from the hotel. it is super close and convenient.

The hotel allowed an earlier check in. the bathroom shower head holder was broken. the shower screen leaked, resulting in a soaked bathroom floor. i found the laminate peeling off behind the toilet.

missing refrigeratorno lotion

I found some things lacking . The absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. I also noted there was no lotion provided. These small amenities can make a big difference. I hope they consider adding these in the future.
