The parking situation was annoying. I paid for parking, but the garage was always full (what a waste!). the pool was closed for several days. Apparently, the chlorine levels were off. They kept saying it would open soon, but it never did. Paying for a pool I couldn't use was not ideal.

i stayed in a family room mostly balcony for four nights. the room was quite large, beneficial. i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a washing machine plus separate drier. the design was contemporary (it had a modern feel).
the staff seemed strict upon arrival. i had to wait a specific time to get the key. there were some delays at reception, a bit inconvenient.

The room was light and had everything I needed.
The carpets were dirty , and the couch was very uncomfortable. Dirty clothes were left in the bathroom , so that was unpleasant , too. Also , I found an object under the bed I did not like.
