Convenient Stay Near the City Park

the check-in process was efficient, and staff members were friendly. i enjoyed a good room, though fairly standard. i found the fitness room satisfactory and the sauna functional. i appreciated the quick taxi service arranged by reception, particularly useful during events.
the receptionist initially said it would be ready overnight, then in the morning claimed it was not done. i was told it would be emailed later but never received it, and no one responded to my reminders.

breakfast had an immense range of foods available.. the bar food included a cod dish on a bed of fried potatoes in a creamy sauce, which i sampled. the quality seemed fine.

the hotel location is quite convenient with proximity to public transport. taxis arrived quickly when called by the reception desk. it's also reasonably close to the airport.. lots of greenery is around.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. the hotel's proximity to the park allowed for easy access to green spaces. I REALLY appreciated that. we had a standard room, and it was super clean on arrival. there was ample space for luggage storage.
The room's minibar was not stocked. This was a small disappointment.

The room was a Standard King Room. It was large and very clean. I liked the comfortable bed and good shower. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had quality options.
The initial check-in was frosty. I found no English language TV channels were available. It was also difficult to maintain a wifi connection within the room. I did experience significant language challenges when trying to order food.

the room was a great size and had nice, clean facilities. the staff was friendly and helpful.
i had some issues, though. first, the fire alarm went off really early (6:36 am), and everyone had to get out of the building. at checkout, there was no apology at all. i asked what happened and was told a guest used water that was too hot in the shower which set the alarm off (what kind of alarm does that?).

i was upgraded to an end room and found views from three sides. the 18th-floor sauna had similar views! the location was convenient to the airport.
