I found some pleasant surprises here. i was delighted to find free ice cream in the lobby. It was a charming touch. the rooftop gym, though small, was cute, and i really liked the sauna. the buffet dinner and breakfast were quite reasonably priced, especially for children.

I encountered a few minor issues. the air conditioning temperature was unchangeable, i couldn't adjust it at all. there was no heater in the room or bathroom, unusual for germany. adapter sockets were unavailable. Instead, they were for sale at a very high price.

I appreciated the friendly reception staff. The bartender served great drinks, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including gluten-free bread, upon request (a nice touch!). The hotel also offers a green initiative, granting a voucher for a free drink at the bar if you opt out of daily cleaning.

The air conditioning temperature was not adjustable. I found this inconvenient, as there was no way to increase the room's temperature, and no heater was installed in the room.

The staff provides excellent service and creates a cute environment. I also appreciated the quick response to my requests and their helpfulness with directions. I did not encounter any issues.

The hotel provides spacious parking, and the hotel bar is superb. A gym is available on the top floor with a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a terrace. The brewery near the hotel is a plus.
