totally awesome stay!
gigantic buffet amazing staff dependable wi-fi
The breakfast buffet was gigantic. it had so many choices. the hotel looked super clean and had really nice decorations. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and helpful. the wi-fi was super speedy and dependable. the bed was comfy and i slept so good. the restaurant stayed open all day, great!
i would have liked some extra closet space

the front desk staff offered quick check-in. they also arranged taxi services efficiently. housekeeping was responsive to requests. i asked for extra towels. they came quickly. the concierge provided really good recommendations.

a haven of comfort
functional shades fast elevators kind staff
I found the beds pleasant. the blackout shades were very functional. elevators were very fast. It was easy to move between floors. the staff displayed kindness making me feel very welcome .
The climatisation was not perfect. The room was a bit too warm and i struggled slightly to adjust it.

the room size was good. the bed was also good. the room's cleanliness met my expectations.
the staff on reception did not communicate well. i found the night shift receptionist to be rude. this made me late checking out.

The gym included a sauna and equipment. Breakfast offered great variety. THERE was ample choice. The bed in the room was large.
i found ONE hair on the pillow, off-putting.
