AMAZING Location and Service!
spacious room quiet location
the room was spacious with a redesigned bathroom! this. the location was quiet and close to the river. i found st michel church almost next door.
i forgot my sunglasses in the reception lavatory after check-in. i asked at reception, but they were stolen. leaving them there was my mistake, but it was a pity to face this problem immediately upon arrival.

the hotel has a parking garage , and it makes bringing a vehicle very easy. a bar is available for cocktails, and there is also a breakfast buffet with many kinds of food. the restaurant is superbe.

Excellent Stay
clean room great bedding
The room was very clean and the beddings were great. Liquid soap for body wash and handwash smelled nice. I could leave luggage before check-in and after check-out while waiting for my train. It allowed travel without worrying about the luggage.
I experienced noise , a major issue. The noise came from the lifts and other rooms, starting early in the morning.

The breakfast buffet offered a large selection and various food choices. Gluten-free options were available for those needing them. Staff checked ingredients for me and ensured I felt safe eating there.

The room was large and clean with good beds. The shower had hot water with great pressure. Robes were available in the room. There was a small supermarket just opposite.

The staff was friendly and helpful and polite. Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel is near the bus stop that goes to the central station. The location is accessible.

excellent stay
excellent location spacious room
the hotel has an excellent location close to tourist sites. the rooms were spacious, clean, and in good working condition, i especially enjoyed the modern design. the breakfast offered a wide range of foods, coffees, and juices.
i noticed that the bed linen had holes. i think the hotel should improve the maintenance in that area to.

the hotel offers high-quality hair styling tools available to borrow, a feature i found very convenient. i also appreciated the quiet but central location was great.

the staff were polite and thoughtful. they checked in with us about cleaning times without being intrusive. the friendly staff at check-in made the process fast and easy, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.

breakfast included gluten-free options with well trained staff. the staff double checked ingredients and showed a willingness to ensure i felt safe with my dietary needs. the restaurant is superb and cosy
