shower design slippery situation
the room was quiet it met my expectations for noise levels
the shower design was flawed water leaked onto the floor creating a slippery and hazardous situation i had to use multiple towels to mop up the water after each shower this was inconvenient and time-consuming it also made the bathroom floor constantly wet the staff acknowledged this issue but offered no real solution

a treasure amidst the city
diverse array comfortable bedding easy access
the breakfast offered a diverse array of options, i always found something lovely to begin my day. the room felt cozy, with comfortable bedding that ensured restful nights. i particularly appreciated the easy access to public transport, it made city exploration so seamless.
i noticed the soundproofing could use some improvement. noise from outside sometimes disturbed the quiet i so deeply appreciate s. it was not too awful, yet it made the moments for reflection a bit difficult.

breakfast includes a good selection of dishes and seating is easy to find. staff members are present and ready to assist with guest needs. grocery stores are also nearby.

staff members were very friendly, cute, and they offered assistance promptly. i received help to heat meals and all requests were handled with a warm attitude. the team ensured i felt cared for.

the room featured modern amenities. a nice bar is on the first floor, it creates a convivial space. the hotel has easy access to the city and the airport.

the hotel provides central access to various areas. public transport is a short walk away, which i used for exploration. this spot is near business centers, it makes commuting easy.

family design mounted bed
The family room's design was well done. i especially liked the beds mounted on the walls. The kids loved them.
The room cleaning occurred late in the afternoon. I requested it earlier, but it rarely happened.

a fairly average stay
clean room comfy bed rude staff awkward scene
i found the room to be quite clean. the bed was also comfy with plenty of plug sockets near it. the location is great for access to public transport, specifically the u and s bahn.
i found the staff to be a bit rude and not cute at all. they seemed like they did not want to be there. the welcome drink offered was just one drink for two people. it felt quite awkward.
