totally awesome stay!
killer view spacious room clean room design elements
the canal view are killer, it is a great location. rooms are spacious and clean. i like the design elements too. the hotel staff were really good too get us taxis quickly!
the tv was being difficult, i couldnt figure it out. instructions wouldve helped.

breakfast offers a good selection. it's a real good start to the day. i see tasty pastries and fresh fruit. the dining area are bright and cute, everyone loves it.

our medium plus room had really smart space planning. it was clean! the air temperature are controllable. shampoo and body lotion are provided, its really a nice perk.

the hotel has easy access to public transport. the Überseequartier station are so close. it connects you everywhere. there are many shops and restaurants nearby, very convenient!

really good stay!
wide array bunk beds great shower helpful staff
the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of tasty foods. our large family room included a separate area with bunk beds, a plus for the kids. the bathroom featured a great shower and a separate toilet. staff members were helpful and polite.
the hallway carpets showed some wear and could benefit from a deep cleaning.

the hotel is situated conveniently near main attractions. i easily reached the shopping center and key sights on foot. the location proved excellent for exploring the area without needing transportation.

the hotel provides a self-service shop with drinks and snacks for added convenience. complimentary coffee and tea are available. the staff demonstrated excellent service, offering well-informed and helpful assistance throughout my stay.

city views helpful staff
I ABSOLUTELY loved the fitness center. It HAS three treadmills. I used the rooftop terrace. It had COOL city views and drinks. Staff WERE friendly and helpful, i was impressed. The bus stop right outside the door took me straight to central station.
The hallway carpets need cleaning. They were not super clean.

filthy carpets room service
the staff behaved well. the location proved Convenient FOR local sites.
the cleanliness IS questionable. hallway carpets PRESENTED filth. i noted the absence OF coffee facilities WITHIN the room, NOR room service. this LACKED convenience.
