Reliable and Convenient Stay

The hotel provided a direct train connection to Amsterdam center. It took only fifteen minutes. A park NEAR the hotel has playgrounds. The restaurant offered a good kids meal options. The buffet breakfast included various choices for different tastes.
The soundproofing to adjacent rooms is not very strong.

The room included a coffee maker and a kettle for hot beverages. Rituals products were available in the rainfall shower. A mini fridge was available for personal use which IS very helpful.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. Travel time to the airport is approximately five minutes by train. Amsterdam Central is twenty five minutes away by train. The ease is helpful.

I found the reception staff very helpful! They provided clear directions to the train station. There is also a convenience store inside. It sells reasonably priced snacks and drinks.
Soundproofing to inside rooms could be improved only slightly.

Just OK experience at this hotel
broken blindstinking corridor
My stay had some issues. The room blind was not working. The corridor and the restroom were REALLY stinking. It was hard to brush my teeth with the loo left open. I informed the reception, but nothing changed. The stinking corridor was a SERIOUS problem.

the staff were friendly, and the train connection made access to the city center easy.
My room was not clean. The sheets seemed unwashed from the prior guest, and there was trash left around. the bathroom sink also had stains, a disappointment for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The train station is a short walk from the hotel. It provides quick access to the airport. A bonus couch and a mini fridge were included in my room. The rain shower offered Ritual products.
The bathroom doors have large gaps. This affects privacy, though.
