the air conditioning unit was defective. it made a loud noise like a washing machine throughout the entire night. front desk staff acknowledged this issue the next morning, however no discount was provided.

the front desk personnel was friendly and helpful from check in to check out i appreciated the room it was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. i found the restaurant well laid out and the waiter prompt and courteous the food was excellent. i recommend this hotel.

also there was a problem with the shuttle service when we really needed it
