the bus stop sat just outside the hotel, this made getting to the airport simple. staff were attentive and check-in was fast. my room faced away from main roads, i heard very little noise.
It was still functional, just a bit delayed.

the reception staff provided quick assistance with directions. the bar service was efficient, with a range of drinks. breakfast service included prompt refills and table clearing, which helped maintain a clean environment.

Access to public transportation is very convenient. The bus stop is only steps away. the hotel's location allows for a quick ride to the airport. It only took minutes. the surroundings included well maintained roads and clear signage.

The hotel provided complimentary wifi. the gym featured treadmills and elliptical machines. the lobby included comfortable seating areas and accessible charging points. We loved the lobby.

The front desk staff was unhelpful during check-in. They were brusque. the room lacked basic amenities. Not even complimentary water was available. i think more options should exist at breakfast.

The location ROCKS! I caught the bus right outside for a quick hop to the airport. My room was great too, it had blackout curtains that WORKED! The bed was super comfy and firm, I slept SO well.
The room felt a little chilly when I first got there.

Bus stop near the hotel means it is super easy to reach the airport in just two stops. Haarlem is also very accessible by the bus. Train station is really close.

I found good quality food and drinks. Breakfast offered at the hotel has great quality items. The bar and restaurant provided various options to choose from for meals. You will never be left with no options.

The hotel is a short bus ride from the airport (only a couple of euros). The rooms were clean and well-designed. I found the beds and pillows comfy. The free breakfast was a nice touch.
I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in my room.
