The staff were so kind and available, they made everything easy! I found the beds supremely comfortable. Drifting off was effortless. The cleanliness of the place stood out. It was a good surprise.

pleasant seaside visit

the room was clean and included all required modern conveniences i found very good value for the money i paid since i have stayed in places twice the price with nowhere near as good facilities the staff were very kind and let me check in early since i had not been to sleep the night before i was travelling for work. the room had tea and coffee i found this a nice touch. the room was warm and cute.
the tv did not work i only noticed this on checking out

gynn square tram stop is convenient and also gardens, a park and the promenade are nearby the hotel enjoys a great location for various activities and relaxation this positioning offers easy access to transport and local amenities. the immediate vicinity enhances the overall stay.

i arrived earlier than expected and was very pleased. The staff allowed me to check in several hours early, helpful. The room included required modern conveniences, like a kettle and television. I found the cost very reasonable for the facilities.
i noticed no spoons were available for making tea in the room, a small inconvenience.

The tv remote was not working. I used my phone instead.

the room was very clean. the bed was amazing. the hotel provided great value for the price. i found the staff friendly upon arrival.. the hotel presented well.
i tried contacting the hotel prior to arrival to ask about parking. nobody responded to me. i had to arrange alternative parking with friends.

the staffs were kind and responsive to me. the food was delicious as well as i had chicken curry and rice for lunch. the room was clean and it have sea view from my window.
the locks on doors dont worked properly and handles were loose. i see damp issues on ceilings and walls and that was not nice. there are water issues in bathroom, like no cold water in sink.
