The television in the room did not have access to all free-to-air channels. specifically, ABC was missing. The staff attempted to fix the television for over an hour without success. I Will not stay at a hotel that lacks access to Free-to-air stations again.

elevator delays wrong room
the location was acceptable as it was near public transport.
The elevators caused significant delays. i often waited fifteen minutes for an elevator to arrive. also, i received the wrong room number initially. i mistakenly tried to enter an occupied room. This was very embarrassing. there was also no room service.

convenient location good size room helpful staff high price cracked sink small towels
The location was convenient for transit and food. The train station was near. The room had good size. Devina and Imad was so helpful .
The price felt steep for value received. I noticed cracked sink and mould in the grout of the bathroom. I found only two small towels. The coffee machine had old pods still inside.
