The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco for new year's eve. It was a thoughtful gesture. the location is near the museum station and circular quay. i found the kitchenette handy.
the self check-in system felt impersonal, especially after a long flight, and i struggled a little at first.

The location was awesome I walked to most places. Public transport was very accessible too. The room was great it was very spacious. The room had all essentials.
I had to change rooms three times when I arrived. All I got was a simple apology no compensation. The walls between rooms were thin so it was noisy.
