My room was a standard twin room and IT offered ample space for luggage. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I found the laundry facilities quite useful. They allowed me to refresh my clothes after traveling. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted me with all my inquiries.
The hallway carpets showed some wear. THEY could use a refresh.

The shuttle service was a great perk! it provided good value and very quick access to the qantas domestic terminal. the room was quite comfortable. I found everything i needed. i appreciated the cleanliness.
The outdoor garden area seemed a bit neglected. It wasn't very well kept.

missing lighting coverlack of milk
i was pretty bummed about a couple of things. after a long day, i really wanted a coffee, but there were only decaf sachets. luckily, a housemaid gave me some regular ones, but then i found out there was no milk or teaspoons. it was a bit of a letdown.

the location offered convenient access to transportation options. a shuttle service to the airport was available for $12, and i found that very convenient. the on-site restaurant provided takeaway coffees, and a pepperoni with black olives pizza that i enjoyed in my room.
i found the bedside tables to be quite small. the tables were also rather dusty. i also noticed there was no hand towel provided, only bath towels and a face washer.
