airport transfer convenient bus breakfast option small room difficult socket cleanliness issue

I found the airport transfer very convenient. It picked me up right in the lobby and it was on time. The room was clean I must say. the breakfast had several options available.

My room was a bit small especially because I had luggage. I found it difficult to plug in my devices because sockets were not user friendly.

the free shuttle from terminal 1 arrival floor, door #9 was prompt and convenient.. plus, the staff were friendly and helped with everything i needed despite some language differences. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed.

the evening buffet selection at the restaurant felt rather simple.

Excellent Airport Proximity!

I appreciated the airport shuttle. It ran very smoothly. I also found the staff to be very nice. Snow Wu helped me with transportation and app issues after checkout. I was impressed with her service.

I noticed zero vending machines. There were no places nearby to buy a soda. The smell of febreze was intense for those with allergies.
