loved my stay!
efficient staffclean roomtowel varietylovely breakfast
i found the staff very efficient! they were also very approachable. my room was super clean and the variety of towel sizes provided was a nice touch. the hotel location made getting around easy. the breakfast was lovely (i especially loved the fresh pastries!).
The rooms are indeed quite tiny. It was a bit of a squeeze. the plumbing showed signs of age.

the breakfast had various options available that could satisfy every taste. the breakfast room was fine and the staff were always attentive to our needs. i could enjoy my morning coffee while reading the newspaper.

the hotel is near many transport links, that allowed me to move easily. i noticed that every area was clean and very well-kept. i could easily access everything i needed, and the staff was always on hand to assist.

the staff was nice. alice shannon and pat from india was helpful at the front desk. the room had nice tea and coffee making equipment with essentials and a mini fridge. a bathtub was also included.
the room have a really old air conditioning that does not work

Convenient Stay Near Hyde Park

The location was convenient. It was very close to the subway station (a very short walk, actually). I especially appreciated the helpful staff (Stella helped me with my boarding passes) and the overall cleanliness of the place.

convenient locationfriendly staffold mattressflat pillows
the location suited me well. it was close to both bus stops and tube stations. the staff addressed guests in a friendly manner (i especially liked that!).
the room was quite old. the mattress dipped in the middle, and the pillows were flat. i also noticed the window did not shut fully.
