I found the room super clean and cozy (especially the bed!). holiday parking was a big plus for me. the free shuttle service to and from gatwick airport was excellent, it really eased my travel. i enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great selection.

the room was a bit too warm at night for my liking.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived late and still got a meal.

The room was noisy, and I could clearly hear talking in the corridor and even the guest next door. It wasn't a VERY restful night.

The staff was friendly. the hotel provided transport to the airport. it helped with my luggage on and off the bus. This was very useful. the evening meal of steak was very good.

The pillows were not good. There was only one each, and they were flat. i noted there were no pillow protectors. the bed creaked a lot when turning over. This meant i did not get much sleep.

the hotel transfer was prompt. it got me to and from gatwick airport efficiently. the reception staff were very polite at check in. i appreciated the clean rooms that were well equipped with toiletries.

the shower heat control was quite stiff and hard to adjust properly.
