i stayed for several nights and found the staff consistently cute. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the pool was heated and perfect for relaxation. i found the room cleaned daily and stocked with water, tea, and coffee.

the hotel decor was less glamorous than advertised i found the grey tones around the beds uninviting. the swimming pool was especially disappointing it lacked cleanliness. there were only a few small changing cubicles shared by all guests requiring one to walk through the gym to reach them.

the room layout felt spacious and clean. i found the bed very comfortable, and i asked housekeeping for an extra blanket, which they provided promptly. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me. everything was very tidy. i appreciated the thoughtful design.

The gym, pool and sauna were appreciated. mum and baby classes were ongoing in the pool for two days. it made the pool a little crowded during those times. it's just something to consider if planning a daytime swim.

the location suited my needs well.

I found the pool area quite disappointing. it seemed somewhat dirty, and there were only a few changing cubicles available, all shared. the layout was awkward, as access required walking through the gym. this all detracted from the relaxing experience i was hoping for. also, i requested teabags one evening and had to call again after an hour of waiting. I don't know what happened.
