pleasant stay
helpful staff clean room prime location good pressure
the staff was very cute and helpful . the room was clean , and the bed offered good comfort for a restful sleep. i appreciated the location near the main attractions , it made exploring easy. the shower had great water pressure , a definite plus after a long day.
the stairs were a bit steep , especially with luggage , so that was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is well kept , and i noticed that common areas were cleaned regularly. the entrance area was inviting , giving a good first impression to all guests. security measures seemed adequate , ensuring safety.

tiny room absent landlord
the room WAS tiny. i COULD never find the landlord when i needed things like milk and toilet paper. i RANG the bell MANY times, but nobody came. i HAD to buy my own supplies, even though i SHOULD have been able TO find someone.

Excellent Stay Near the Promenade
ideal location comfortable bed convenient amenity
I found the location ideal with easy access to shops and the promenade. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, a convenient amenity. The bathroom was a good size and the bed proved very comfortable. A public car park close by offered competitive prices.
I noticed clutter in the reception area upon arrival. It did not create a cute first impression.
