THE initial hostility from the staff caused some concern. It took some time for them to become friendlier and open to discussion. This situation definitely detracted from the overall experience and required more effort to resolve than expected.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
coffee stain poor service
The staff at breakfast were great.
The room wasnt as clean as I expect. I found some hairs in the bathroom and a coffee stain on the wall near the TV. The air condition heating system wasn't work, so I couldnt heat the room. For the price, I thought the service was poor overall.

extra fee faulty air conditioning
the staff was helpful with directions.
the lack of daily cleaning was a problem. i had to pay extra for fresh towels, this seems unreasonable. also, the air conditioning did not work adequately, the room remained too warm.
