modern and clean

easy access clean rooms welcome drink

the hotel was easy to access from the metro. rooms were clean and modern. the welcome drink was a nice touch (i chose a gin and tonic). i found the location convenient to get around.

i noticed there was no small refrigerator in the room, which would have been useful.

the twin room featured modern decor and comfortable beds. i liked that the room was very clean and well kept. the layout of the room made good use of the space available.

tea facilities missing fridge

the room lacked some important things. there weren't any tea or coffee facilities and i had to buy everything from the bar, it wasnt cheap. i also thought not having a fridge in the room wasnt ideal, it made storing any snacks or drinks difficult. these small things affected my experience negatively and i think a little more thought comfort would help a lot.

friendly staff cozy lounge broken tv missing hairdryer

the staff were super friendly i felt very welcome there. they found a smartphone i left in the lounge and kept it safe for me the lounge area was cozy i could relax with a drink.

the air conditioning was not working i informed the reception and they gave me an extra blanket. the tv was broken the hairdryer was missing these small details caused discomfort.

missing wardrobe slow check-in

The room lacked basic storage. i found the complete absence of a wardrobe frustrating. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. also, the check-in process was slow. it took over thirty minutes, and there seemed to be staff standing around doing nothing, while only one person handled the check-ins, really annoying.
