The staff were helpful and polite, fulfilling EXPECTATIONS.

The bed was not clean. The sheets felt a little gross, A DEFINITE problem. The pillow smelled like BO, a major turnoff. I found a bogey on the far side of the bed. It was TOO much.

the room had all the basics. i felt secure at the hotel. staff was friendly, i did liked that.

the room was small and not very clean i think. the traffic was non stop on the road. i got little sleep because of it. there was no food available at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. They helped me with directions to local shops. The airport shuttle was cheap. I appreciated the flexible check-out policy. It made my departure stress-free. I liked the on-site parking. It saved me time finding a spot.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival. I received extra towels, helpful. The location provides convenient access to the NEC and Resorts World.

The shower had cold water, and the hot tap in the sink did not function. The bathroom light also wouldn't stay on, a problem I did not report. The plane noise continued all night. I suggest bringing earplugs.

The hotel's location was super for my needs. It was a short ride from the BP Pulse Live Arena. Staff was very accommodating to every request. The price was cheap.

I find a lack of extra blankets in my room. It was a cold night for me. The room had no central heating.
