i found the location ideal, with the tube station directly across from the hotel. the room was very clean when i arrived, which i appreciated. nas, the manager, was especially helpful in addressing a couple of initial check-in issues, and i'm thankful for his responsiveness. the air conditioning in the room was a big plus given the weather.
The street noise was noticeable at times. i brought earplugs and was able to mitigate the issue.

there are numerous restaurants and shops within a five-minute walk of the accommodation. downstairs, i noticed a stir-fry restaurant and was offered a discount for being a hotel guest. this location provides great convenience for quick meals and accessing essential amenities.

the hotel is located right in front of the aldgate underground station. this makes accessing central areas very simple and reduces travel time. the location is ideal for tourists wishing to visit central attractions and historical sites.

the room included air conditioning, which i found to be a significant benefit. an electric heater and iron were also provided in the room. a hairdryer was available as well.

The location was near the metro station! the staff was very nice. Nas was helpful when i called. the air con in the room was the best thing ever. the bed was comfortable and the pillows too
The rooms on the front side are noisy. bring earplugs! the shared bathroom smelt bad. Maybe it was dampness or poor ventilation. people were leaving hair in the shower tray

the bedsit was close to the city. the space had comfortable beds and plenty of plugs. the a/c worked well.
the front door requires an access code. i only received it the morning of check out. the hotel is almost completely unmanned. also, none of the rooms have a private bathroom.

the price was acceptable for the location.
The room was much smaller than i thought. It seemed like a matchbox. old windows let in every noise from the street. Sirens wailed constantly. the shared bathroom on my floor was out of service, i could not shower.

The room was very nice. It was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful. It is the best place to stay for the price. I found the location great, as it is right next to the underground station.
I thought the shared bathroom smelled slightly damp.

I communicated with the managers and found them very accommodating. The cleaners were friendly in the morning. They keep the hotel very clean. This creates a cute environment .
