the location was convenient for my early flight, and the staff provided punctual transfers. breakfast had several options, and i could choose my own cooked breakfast. the staff were pleasant and straightforward. it was fantastic value.

my stay began with a warm greeting at the door. the staff efficiently arranged my airport transfer. breakfast offered a great choice of food, all of which was excellent.
the staircase proved quite steep. this could be an issue with mobility challenges. the room was basic, and i thought the price was high. the sound insulation seemed poor.

the staff was friendly enough at check-in, it was acceptable.
The family room shower had a terrible smell. It seemed they hadn't cleaned it properly. This really put me off using it. It was not a good experience.

the breakfast had a fabulous english selection and fruit. cereal was also available. arranging a late check-in was very smooth, i appreciated that. the room was spacious.
the room could use a facelift. the decor and bedspreads need updating, i noticed that. prettier curtains are needed, it is a cosmetic thing. noise from other rooms was noticeable.
