The free parking was a great convenience. The room included comfortable air conditioning. It kept the space COOL. I enjoyed the sofa we had in our room! Everything was really perfect and the room was clean.
The bathroom was slightly small. Maneuvering was a bit hard.

the receptionist displayed friendliness. SHE provided information about local events, specifically, she told us about a firework display. This detail enhanced my evening. The hotel has free parking and a location close to the beach. IT made accessing local attractions easy. the pier is nearby.
my attic room bathroom presented a challenge. SLOPING ceilings meant i had to shower on my knees. this was far from ideal.

the building provides free parking , a significant advantage. NEARBY, the beach and pier are within a short walk. a garden is also present and available for use by the guests staying.

somewhat lacking in areas
cold showerearly building work
the hot water wasn't working, so i had a cold shower the first morning. i was very disappointed by this, nobody was in the office when i went to tell the staff. also, building work started early opposite the hotel, and workers woke us up at 6am a couple of mornings. it was too noisy and i left earlier than planned to get some sleep.

the room was really clean the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay i found a fridge microwave and coffee machine i appreciated the free on-site parking , made the visit hassle-free.
the personal welcome upon arrival could have been warmer it is a serviced accommodation after all
