The hotel's location was convenient with bus, tram, and Metro stops very close.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, and I couldn't find any extra ones in the cabinet. The covers felt too warm, but there were no lighter options available. The shower head was almost broken and would not stay in place. This WAS QUITE annoying.

The check-in process felt needlessly complicated. the staff seemed unsure of the procedure. it took longer than expected. also, the pillows in the room were not great. i found them quite flat and unsupportive. perhaps the hotel could invest in some better quality options. It would really enhance the experience.

the breakfast variations were acceptable.

I arrived very late due to a delayed flight and no available taxis were at the airport. I could not notify the hotel because i sat for four hours on the plane with no reception before we even took off. A female member shaking her head welcomed me well after 2am. The whole process took a long time and she did not communicate with us.

The hotel is near the green metro line. A pharmacy and several food options are close. The rooms feel luxurious, given the reasonable price I paid. Staff were helpful and readily available when needed, addressing inquiries with accuracy. The car rental option in the hotel proved very convenient for my day trips.

The gym now requires an extra fee. This was unexpected since it used to be free.
