The hotel's Aquarius restaurant is an Italian restaurant. The menu features homemade pasta, fresh fish and seafood dishes, Czech dishes, and over 160 wines. The Florentine-style Barocco Veneziano café offers chocolate pralines and homemade cakes. The breakfast buffet includes warm and cold dishes, fruits, vegetables, cereals, homemade yoghurts and jams, cheeses, and hams, plus egg and waffle dishes. Breakfast includes Prosecco. The Barocco Veneziano Cafe is for morning espresso, aperitifs, or after-dinner rendezvous. Aquarius Restaurant includes Italian and Mediterranean dishes, homemade pasta, fresh fish, and seafood. There is a selection of international dishes. Cheese is served in the lobby area between 5pm-6pm.

The unique Ecsotica Spa and Health Club in the cellars from the 11th century offers fitness, sauna, and pool facilities.
