extra charge hard street parking
the breakfast was fresh and made to order IT was helpful with a fussy eater.
parking was secure but cost an extra £3 per night I didn't like this extra charge. also, street parking was hard to find that was frustrating. the location may be noisy at times this is something to be aware of.

poor water pressure late night noise
The breakfast was acceptable and filling.
The room felt cramped. The shower had very little water pressure and it made showering difficult (i REALLY needed a decent shower after a long day). the noise from other guests late at night kept me awake.

super clean room and fantastic service
wonderful hosts super clean room great experience
i found this guest house amazing. jo and andy. the room included everything i needed and was super clean. i have already booked another stay for my anniversary. it was a fantastic experience.
i did find the stairs a LITTLE steep, especially with luggage. it would be nice if there was some assistance available for heavier bags.

The hotel features a cosy bar area perfect for evening relaxation and conversations. There are comfortable seating arrangements. And the bar offered a selection of drinks at affordable prices.

This location is close to the south pier and pleasure beach and central pier. these attractions are within convenient walking distance of the guest house. This makes exploring very easy.

Breakfast was served fresh each morning. It offered a wide selection. the breakfast service was prompt and the chef was attentive. I found the food delicious and freshly prepared.

Adequate Stay, But Some Issues Noted
limited choices thin walls
The room was clean enough.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. I thought the choices were limited. there wasn't enough hot water in the morning, so my shower was a little brisk. The walls are very thin and I heard other guests quite a bit.

The room has one double bed and bunk beds. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is spacious. The breakfast offers a selection of cereal and pastries. A full English breakfast is available as well.
The tram stop is a few minutes walk away.

friendly service big room breakfast options parking fee limited spaces no snacks
the service was really friendly. our beautiful double room was big and clean. breakfast was good with plenty of options.
secure parking costed an extra fee. the on street parking had limited spaces. i found the bar stocked drinks, but no snacks.
