I had a lovely room on the top floor. It was a good value. The room was clean. I was worried because of previous reviews. I had no issues. The location is conveniently in the city center. Reception is staffed 24 hours.
The room was really warm, and the air was bad. It smelled bad. The neighborhood has rubbish, and there are scary people around the steps. They sometimes try to grab you.

The staff was very helpful with directions and local tips. I appreciated the adapter they provided since I forgot mine. My room had a comfortable bed. I slept well each night. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the station.
The stairs to the upper floors were quite narrow, and there wasn't a lift.

I found the location really good. It is in the heart of the city. Their friendliness stood out. The room I had featured a comfortable bed. (This was quite appreciated after a long travel day.)
I had to carry my luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. There is no elevator. This proved challenging, particularly with heavier bags.

the room was clean upon arrival. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful with directions. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the city center (about 10 minutes to temple bar!). keeping our bags after checkout was useful, so we did not have to carry them around.
i noticed some noise from the street, but it didn't bother me too much.
