excellent stay near north pier

comfortable mattress varied breakfast cosy hotel

my room was newly furnished and spacious the mattress was firm and comfortable it was spotlessly clean the staff offered a varied breakfast i spent time working in the public lounge i also took coffee at the bar parking outside was great. the hotel is a few minutes walk to the north pier area i found the hotel to be cosy and warm.

the reception area had a fusty smell when i walked in a damp smell existed the room looked nothing like the pictures paint was peeling all round the window would not shut the room was very unclean.

the hotel offers a comprehensive breakfast with a variety of options this includes hot items cold cereals and fresh fruit the breakfast room is well-lit and the service is efficient.

fantastic stay!

spacious room fast wi-fi free parking

I was really happy with my standard twin room. It felt spacious. the wi-fi worked wonderfully (it was super fast, actually!), so i could easily stream movies. i found free parking right in front of the hotel, a massive plus when travelling.

the bathroom was a bit small.

Excellent Value and Location!

I loved the location. It was an easy walk into the center of town. The staff were super cute and helpful , and they did their best to accommodate me. Breakfast was great , and the view from my room was beautiful.

The room was far too hot , and , made it a little uncomfortable.

staff are friendly and helpful, i found. the location is great, just a short walk to the north pier. i parked on the free parking in front of the hotel, very convenient. the hotel was warm, perfect for february.

the fan outside my window was a little noisy.

friendly staff clean room restaurant food

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick, taking only a few minutes. I was happy that someone was there to open the door when I returned late to the hotel, everything was okay. The restaurant food was good, and the amenities met my needs. It was good value for the money. Breakfast was a busy event, and on the first morning, seating was limited, though the staff quickly arranged a table.

The lift was not working, unsuitable for disabled guests.

impressed stay experience

high standard room newly furnished room friendly staff central location

my room was of a high standard it was newly furnished and decorated. The mattress was firm and comfortable plus there was a spotlessly clean en suite. Staff are friendly. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the centre.

The lift wasn't working. This was unsuitable for disabled guests. the signposting was also poor, i got lost a couple of times. the locking out door system was quite poor as well.

pleasant sea view stay!

sea view helpful staff good food

i loved the room that had a lovely sea view. i was pleased to have two armchairs in the room. the staff were pleasant and very helpful! amenities were good and the restaurant food was also very good.

the room was slightly small, but it was manageable for a short stay.
