The location was quite convenient.
My room was smaller than expected (it felt a bit cramped). The shower drained very slowly. I ended up standing in water. breakfast was quite basic, with limited choices.

The staff gave me a lovely welcome. My single room was very clean and beautifully prepared. I had everything I needed for a restful night. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot!
I found the carpets looked a bit worn.

The hotel's location was very convenient for dinner and local shops. The area was perfect. It was near the University district. Adequate parking was also available, so helpful!!!

i found that the room was small for what i needed.

the on site parking is useful, mainly because i was traveling to the headingley cricket ground. the location is convenient for the university district. it is conveniently located, so i felt safe.

The staff were very accommodating. The hotel owner generously allowed my last-minute request (I appreciated that).
The television did work, however the room seemed to be on the noisy side of the hotel. This made it difficult to relax. My morning choice of drink was catered for perfectly. I've stayed in hotels where this was not the case.
