I stayed in a double room . It included tea making facilities, very useful. Blackout curtains were a total bonus because they kept the room dark.

The room got very warm even though the heating was off. The windows were dirty, including the outside areas. I did not like that the family room lacked a shower or fridge.

I found the staff really helpful and friendly, they made check-in so smooth. The room was clean and included bottled water, a NICE touch. The location is super, I was just a short walk from both the beach and the town centre, which I LOVED. the ensuite was a good size.

The walls felt a bit thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms.

Emma and Jade were very attentive and always ready to help. They showed consideration and confidentiality when I needed to use the disabled facilities. The food was lovely (I especially enjoyed the breakfast).

The shower pressure could have been better.
