Woah, Milano's Gem!

clean rooms large parking strong air conditioning

The rooms have so much space. I found that the bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub, which really elevates the experience. Air conditioning is strong and it helps to keep everything really comfortable. The parking situation is really easy with both underground and above ground spaces!

The tv are old, but I didn't care so much. I was out the whole time.

Check-in was very easy thanks to Diego! He was super friendly and made everything go smooth. Every query or requests I had were promptly and efficiently handled by the staff. They were always smiling, which I really appreciated.

Breakfast included a good selection that had many options, also gluten free. I grabbed some pizza late at night, and I was surprised how good it was! It's very useful to have options in the same building.

Excellent stay near transit!

clean room metro access helpful staff

The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel location is near a metro station so it's easy to commute to the center. Staff are helpful at all times, i noticed. I appreciate the calm local neighborhood. It added a pleasant touch to my stay.

The shower tap did not allow me to shower regularly with normal water stream. It was quite annoying.

Delicious pizza is available even late into the evening, i saw. This place is a perfect treat after a long day or night exploring. The availability of McDonald's right next to the hotel adds convenience.

tram stop friendly staff clean room

The location is convenient with a tram stop very close. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful with all my inquiries. My room (I had a Double Room) was nice and clean.

There was only one power outlet in the room, far from the bed.

mixed feelings about the stay

faulty tap limited food

the shower wasn't good. the tap was faulty, and i couldn't get a proper shower. i reported it everyday, but no one fixed it. also, i found there wasn't much to eat at the hotel. its location made finding food before 6 pm hard.

the staff were very helpful and cute. breakfast included a simple but nice selection of items. the air conditioning worked well. i found the parking facilities very easy to use, both above ground and underground.

The sound insulation could be improved. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

This place is near the m4 metro line. It makes access to the city simple. i also noticed an esselunga supermarket nearby. This provides a convenient option for groceries. the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.
