the location was really great it was close to a metro stop. the bed was also very comfortable i slept well all nights.

the room was very basic it could have had more amenities. the breakfast was poor and lacked variety i expected more.

The staff allowed me to check in early. the hotel was very clean and modern. i also overslept and checked out thirty minutes late. The staff did not cause issues. the staff was helpful with all service requests.

The big negative for me was a lack of milk sachets in the room to make tea. Tea sachets were there though!

My room was spacious and very clean, which i appreciated. a comfortable bed was also a good feature. I slept soundly. the room provided a quiet environment. I was on the second floor, facing the patio.

The breakfast buffet included many options. I found it satisfying. i received a breakfast box upon my early departure. It was a nice touch. the coffee had a very good flavor. I enjoyed it each morning.

Super Central Location with Excellent Service!

The hotel location proved convenient. I got to Duomo Square with a quick walk. The front desk personnel were amazingly helpful. I particularly remember Payman helped with something I asked for. I found the night staff friendly and ready to answer all questions, they were happy to help.

The summer bedding felt rather flimsy, given it was December. The heating didn't work properly though I didn't complain.
