The staff allowed me to check in early. the hotel was very clean and modern. i also overslept and checked out thirty minutes late. The staff did not cause issues. the staff was helpful with all service requests.

The big negative for me was a lack of milk sachets in the room to make tea. Tea sachets were there though!

Super Central Location with Excellent Service!

great location helpful staff clean room friendly staff

The hotel location proved convenient. I got to Duomo Square with a quick walk. The front desk personnel were amazingly helpful. I particularly remember Payman helped with something I asked for. I found the night staff friendly and ready to answer all questions, they were happy to help.

The summer bedding felt rather flimsy, given it was December. The heating didn't work properly though I didn't complain.

Location

9/10

The hotel boasts a prime location. It sits close to major city attractions and the Missori metro station. A short stroll gets guests to the Duomo and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery.

Rooms

8/10

My room had modern design. It offered comfortable beds and clean sheets. Complimentary water was a great addition to the in-room amenities. I also received a welcome note, a really nice touch.
