great location comfortable bed basic room poor breakfast

the location was really great it was close to a metro stop. the bed was also very comfortable i slept well all nights.

the room was very basic it could have had more amenities. the breakfast was poor and lacked variety i expected more.

excellent stay near the duomo

clean hotel modern design helpful staff

The staff allowed me to check in early. the hotel was very clean and modern. i also overslept and checked out thirty minutes late. The staff did not cause issues. the staff was helpful with all service requests.

The big negative for me was a lack of milk sachets in the room to make tea. Tea sachets were there though!

My room was spacious and very clean, which i appreciated. a comfortable bed was also a good feature. I slept soundly. the room provided a quiet environment. I was on the second floor, facing the patio.

The breakfast buffet included many options. I found it satisfying. i received a breakfast box upon my early departure. It was a nice touch. the coffee had a very good flavor. I enjoyed it each morning.

The hotel features a renovated and beautiful design. it had a modern appearance. I liked its style. the building provided secure access. I felt safe . the hotel has an excellent location that i enjoyed.

The hotel is a short walk to the duomo. It took me about ten minutes. it has several restaurants across the street. I tried a few. the location is near a metro station. It made getting around easy.

Super Central Location with Excellent Service!

great location helpful staff clean room friendly staff

The hotel location proved convenient. I got to Duomo Square with a quick walk. The front desk personnel were amazingly helpful. I particularly remember Payman helped with something I asked for. I found the night staff friendly and ready to answer all questions, they were happy to help.

The summer bedding felt rather flimsy, given it was December. The heating didn't work properly though I didn't complain.
