Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor. Food is presented in the modern-style dining room which can be arranged to suit guests' needs. The breakfast menu includes a full English hot buffet, cereals, toast, nuts & seeds, seasonal fresh fruit, pastries and crumpets. Guests can choose to have drinks at the bar. Note: wheat and gluten-free ingredients that are deep fried will use the same fryers as dishes not containing these ingredients.

Sutton Park Guest House is accessible via Blackpool North Station and Blackpool South. Blackpool North is within walking distance. The nearest stop is St Chads', located at the top and bottom of St Chads Road. The guest house is located three-quarters of the way down on the left-hand side, next to the turning for the service lane (Bolton Street). Guests take the 8th left onto Woodfield Road.
